Michael K, the Chief of Staff responsible for supporting Battle Plan Strategic Consulting’s C-Suite executives, is an administrative professional with 10+ years of admin, project management and customer service experience currently studying Software Engineering and Data Science. His ambition, diverse background and passion for helping others all catalyze his work as the first point of contact for Battle Plan Strategic Consulting LLC's customers, and supporting role to all of its executives. Michael is recognized for his ability to take initiative on big projects and lead as an example to others.

Alexis currently serves as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager for the Human Services Agency in the City and County of San Francisco. Prior to this role she was the Executive Director for the UCSF California Preterm Birth Initiative. With a Masters of Social Work from California State University, East Bay, Alexis is deeply experienced in organizational change management, community engagement, providing culturally relevant and responsive services, trauma-informed care/systems, grief and loss therapy related to community violence, reflective practice, and anti-racism work. All of Alexis’ personal and professional experiences drive her passion to eradicate racism and create equitable outcomes for Black families and other families of color.

Gina is an accomplished events professional with more than a decade of experience and a passion for creating memorable experiences for audiences of all sizes. She has successfully created and produced conventions, board meetings, galas, trainings, virtual conferences and receptions. Gina's speciality is logistics and being able to craft an amazing attendee experience from start to finish. She has accumulated her wealth of knowledge and experience through work with NAACP, The Links, Incorporated, The Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel and Art and Soul Restaurant. Gina graduated from Spelman College, with a Bachelor’s in Comparative Women’s Studies with a concentration in Media and Communications. She completed her post graduate education at Georgetown University and received a Master’s in Public Relations and Corporate Communications.

JM is an accomplished project management professional with a strong track record in operational excellence across various industries. She holds a Master's in Public Health from Liberty University and a Bachelor's from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Currently, as a Senior Project Manager at Infinity Communications Group, LLC, JM oversees nationwide inventory management optimization, utilizing advanced tools like Microsoft PowerBi and Excel to streamline processes and enhance control metrics. Her leadership in cross-functional teams has driven operational efficiencies and secured lucrative contracts. Previously, she has held various healthcare roles, spearheading initiatives to address health disparities and improve employee engagement. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), JM combines her academic credentials, professional certifications, and hands-on experience to drive strategic initiatives that foster organizational growth and community impact.
