“Laurin’s webinar was genuinely one of the best I’ve attended, it kept me fully present (no multitasking!) and gave me so much to reflect on. I especially appreciated how she connected project management to the skills so many of us already use as admin professionals. It helped me reframe how I see my strengths in planning, SOP creation, and process improvement as valuable tools I can confidently build on. I’m looking forward to learning more from her work and following what she shares. I am thankful for such a thoughtful and inspiring session!”
